By changing ourselves, we change the world
Authenticity is freedom
Vulnerability is strength
The moment is the teacher
Whatever we seek exists within us
Pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice
We are 100% responsible for our self
What we resist in persists
Change is inevitable, so we need to focus on progress
We are perfect exactly as we are
Love, forgiveness and gratitude are the supreme universal principles
Compare ourselves to others has no meaning
The only thing we have to fear is fear itself
We are all connected with everything that exists and we have an impact on the entire universe
All knowledge and wisdom lies within us and we just need to remember it
Life is tough, but so are we
Truth will set us free
